Hi, guys, I'm Saoirse Ronan,

and I'm so excited to show you my London,

the things that I like to do,

the places that I like to visit,

so let's go.

[dramatic music] [Saoirse gasping]

You might be surprised to hear that,

when I go out and about in London,

I actually really like to take public transport.

Taxi!

But you might be asking yourself, like, how can she do that?

Isn't she a very famous, very recognizable actor

that people have said only comes around

once in a generation?

And the answer is yes.

I am very famous and a once-in-a-generation talent,

so sometimes I have to disguise myself, you know?

[footsteps clicking]

I have tried a beekeeper outfit,

and then I've also tried a motorcycle courier.

But with the helmet, you have to take that off

when you go into places,

so that just didn't really work either.

Of course, I've tried all of the conventional disguises,

you know, the wigs, the big sunglasses,

the Victorian mourner's veil.

But none of it was foolproof,

and so that's why I use a vending machine.

[dramatic music] [wheels rumbling]

You know? Yeah.

And then I can close it like this,

and I can put my feet up here so you can't see me.

No one's gonna think that it's housing a person,

[wheels rumbling]

Let alone this world renowned, Golden Globe-winning actress,

the famous Saoirse Lady Bird Ronan.

Out of order.

But it means that the people around me get to experience me

[machine rattling] [Saoirse exclaims]

as a sort of living artwork,

[fist thumps]

which I have been referred to as in the past.

[Interviewer] And what's this on the side of the machine?

Oh, that's my card machine.

[Interviewer] But you're not taking payments.

Absolutely I'm taking payments, yeah.

Very, very occasionally, I do get recognized.

[gentle jazzy music]

But generally speaking, I completely blend in.

Like, sometimes I actually forget that I'm wearing it.

[dramatic music]

[machine rumbling]

[Saoirse shouts] [machine thuds]

So, that is a brief glimpse into my life.

Do you want a drink or not?

[gentle jazzy music]

Honestly.

I hope you're feeling inspired,

if not a little bit awestruck after that,

and don't forget to like and subscribe, okay?

Love you. Bye.

[gentle jazzy music]

Am I done?

Ugh.

Can I have some water?

Thirsty.

Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

Thanks.
